Standard Managed Service (Passive Support)

Eligible Products

  • Single Dedicated Server
  • Single Colocation Server

Included Services:

  1. All services provided in Basic Managed Service.
  2. 4 hours of managed services performed by tier 1 technicians
    When Standard Managed Service is ordered with a new server contract, customer is eligible for another 4 additional bonus hours during the first month of service. Note: Unused hours will expire at the end of the month and cannot be carried over to next month period. Hours are also not transferable between different servers.
  3. Additional (5) Port Monitors
    Customers can specify up to 5 other port monitors in addtion to the Icmp or Remote access port monitor included in Basic Managed Service.
  4. Access to Hyperspin
    Wowrack has partnered with Hyperspin, a 3rd party monitoring company in order to provide customers with monitoring capabilities from servers deployed all around the world. One (1) monitor will be provided.
  5. Shared KVM/IP Access
    Standard managed service server will be connected to shared KVM/IP device for emergency remote management purposes.

Terms:

  • Standard Managed Service contract is required for a minimum of 6 consecutive months. If customer opt to cancel prior to the 6 months requirements, additional cancellation fee may apply.
  • Additional hours is billed with pricing schedule listed in "On-Demand" Managed service support.
