Wow-Watch basic service is available for free on all our server plans. We will constantly monitor your server uptime and identify existing network problem. We will also perform a server reboot during system unavailability. We constantly ping your server (every 5 minutes) and your web server port 80. We will not notify our clients of any problems associated with server/network outage with the basic service.
