This is a message to let you know that Wowrack has planned an outage on our router and you may experience some interruption of service while we work in the router.
Outage Window: Thursday, October 30th, 2003 @ 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM US/Pacific Time Zone. (Please use http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc in order to convert to your timezone) All dates and times are in US PST format (United States Pacific Standard Times).
The router won't be unavailable for the whole hour. Should everything goes as planned, the downtime will be less than 5 minutes. This downtime only affects customer with the IP addresses starting with 64.x.x.x
This upgrade is necessary in order to load an upgrade of the router software to improve network performance.
