Some of Wowrack customers have noticed degraded network speed performance this past week. Our engineers were looking at the problem and attempted to fix the network speed performance so that ALL of Wowrack customers will receive excellent network speed to the Internet. Unfortunately, our attempt to fix the network speed caused our network to be up and down for about an hour between 14:00 P.S.T - 15:00 P.S.T. Our engineers responded as soon as they can, working with our network providers in order to solve this issue as fast as possible. The problem is now fixed and network speed performance should not be an issue for any of our customers.
