Wowrack is lanching eSupport, an online support portal that includes support knowledge base, support ticketing system, announcement, download area, and interactive ticket history system.

We are currently handling our suppor through traditional e-mail systems. Wowrack has been able to respond swiftly to all of our emails. With the new ticketing system in place, we will take our support commitment to the next level. Customers will be able to submit a ticket, get automated tracking number and view the status of email through our eSupport system.

We plan to gradually shift our support system from traditional email to eSupport center in a month. Wowrack will still be responding to email support for the next month. However we encourage all customers to submit all support tickets through eSupport as soon as possible as we are planning to completely retire our traditional support through support @wowrack.com.
