1. How am I being billed? top..
By default, Wowrack bill customers according to the payment method they use when they first made the purchase. If a check is used, customers are responsible to send their payment on a timely manner. For our address, please visit our contact page. |

2. What is the available contract payment plan? top..
For our shared and dedicated hosting services, we have monthly, semi-annual and annual contract plans. Contract plans are require pre-paid payments for the duration of the contract. In return, we will give you discounted pricing on your hosting services. |

3. How can I fund my account? top..
We accept Visa (preferred), Discover, MasterCard, Checks and Money Order. Please note that payment by check, money order and wire transfer will delay account activation by usually 3-15 days, depending on when the check cleared our bank. |

4. What currency does Wowrack accept? top..
Wowrack only accept payments in US Dollars. |

5. When can I upgrade or downgrade my account? top..
You can change your account at any time. However if your contract is still in effect and you want to down grade your account, we will not refund you the difference. If you want to upgrade, then the calculation of the new charges will be as follows: new amount billed - credit of your old account. If you want to change your account plan, please email support@wowrack.com. |

Yes you can. Just request the particular period that you want to billing@wowrack.com. We will e-mail your invoice electronically and you can print it. |

9. What is Wowrack's renewal procedure? top..
All accounts are automatically renewed. If you need to stop your subscription, please use the cancellation request form at least 10 days prior to your contract expiration.
