Included Services:

  1. All services provided in Basic & Standard Managed Service.
  2. 4 hours of managed services performed by Tier 1 & Tier 2 engineers.
    When Enterprise Managed Service is ordered with a new server contract, customer is eligible for another 4 additional bonus hours during the first month of service.
  3. Pro-Active Support.
    When a monitor fails, Our engineers will perform application and/or server escalation procedure per customers' direction. Customers will only be contacted as last resort.
  4. Total of 5 Ports Monitor on Hyperspin.
    Customers can specify up to 5 monitors in addition to the Icmp or Remote access port monitor included in Standard Managed Service.
  5. Dedicated KVM/IP Access.
    Enterprise managed service server will be connected to dedicated KVM/IP device with added security for emergency remote management purposes.

Pricing:

  • $300 per month per server.

Terms:

  • Standard Managed Service contract is required for a minimum of 6 consecutive months. If customer opts to cancel prior to the 6 months requirements, additional cancellation fee may apply.
  • Unused hours will expire at the end of the month and cannot be carried over to next month period. Hours are also not transferable between different servers.
  • Additional hours are billed with pricing schedule listed in "On-Demand" Managed service support.
