Monitoring

Wowrack has extensive experience

deploying and maintaining server and application monitoring to minimize downtime.

One of the most important factors in maintaining a stable network infrastructure is to understand how system downtime and application unavailability will affect your business.

We are able to constantly monitor a customer’s network, systems and even applications by deploying automated systems in Wowrack’s perimeter network, within a customer’s network and multiple locations on the Internet to ensure 100% complete monitoring coverage.

When the monitoring system caught an outage alert, our Network Operation Center or customer can be notified of the downtime through Email, Text Message, or even a Phone call.

In House Monitoring

We offer our in-house monitoring solution which provides basic port monitors such as ICMP Ping, SSH, RDP or any services running on TCP/IP. This in-house monitoring infrastructure runs in within Wowrack’s own Network.

Custom Monitoring

We also offer custom monitoring solutions for those who demand extensive monitoring on their web farms and applications. Let us help build a Customized Network layer monitoring such as ICMP Ping, SSH, RDP, or any TCP/IP based monitors. Wow can also build server performance monitors that watch your systems performance including: CPU, Memory, Disk I/O, and Network.

On top of the network and system’s layer monitoring, we can also build an application layer such as HTTP web browsing test, FTP, Email, DNS, or SQL query.

These solutions will cover 100% of your system’s network monitoring needs. . However, we understand that some customers demand multi-location monitors outside of Wowrack or customer’s own network. This brings us to partner with a 3rd party monitoring company, Hyperspin. Hypersin maintains servers around the world in order to monitor your system and application uptime.

Whether it’s a simple network monitoring or complex multi location systems and applications, Wowrack will be able to help you attain your monitoring needs!
