Wowrack In-House Monitoring

Wowrack provides our own Wowrack In-House Monitoring to monitor for customer’s network availability. Our In-House monitoring system is setup to monitor TCP/IP based network layer protocol. We can send downtime notification to our Network Operation Center (NOC) or directly to customer’s email. Our NOC staffs will act accordingly with the downtime instruction that we have received from customers.

Features

• Network Layer Monitoring: Monitors well known TCP/IP ports such as SSH,RDP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP and any other custom TCP/IP Ports.
• All Year Round Monitoring: 24 Hours per Day, 7 Days per Week, 52 Weeks per Year.
• Intervals: 5 Minutes between each tests
• Downtime Notification: Send to Email.

Cost

• First Monitor Free for our dedicated server customers.
• Non Dedicated server customers: $1 per monitor.
• Additional port monitor: $1 per monitor.
