Full Rack

Host your infrastructure in a fully dedicated cabinet with greater control, security, and scalability for larger deployments.

Partitioned Rack

Get dedicated rack space within a shared environment—ideal for businesses that need flexibility without committing to a full cabinet.

High Density Rack

Our High Density Power Racks support 20-100kW configurations, engineered for GPU clusters, AI workloads, and mission-critical compute.

Custom Colocation

Need specific rack space, power, or connectivity requirements? Build a colocation setup tailored to your infrastructure needs.

Add-On Services

Rack Deployment

Prepare your infrastructure for deployment with support for equipment installation, cabling, and rack organization.

Network

Wowrack delivers blended, redundant bandwidth through multiple Tier-1 carrier connections—engineered for high throughput and backed by strong uptime SLAs.

Connect directly to leading hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google, Equinix) via private, fast, and secure Cloud On-Ramp connectivity.

Our facilities are interconnected across a rich, diverse fiber network, giving you seamless fiber transport to the nearest Internet Exchanges and transport providers.

Cross Connect

Establish direct connections to carriers, cloud providers, and business partners for reliable network performance.

Remote Hands

Remote Hands services provide basic, on‑site physical assistance performed by entry‑level or facility‑focused data center technicians acting under customer direction. Remote Hands personnel function as the customer’s eyes and hands inside the data center, executing clearly defined physical tasks that do not require advanced technical judgment, system configuration, or independent troubleshooting.

These are following are generally accepted remote hands tasks:

  • Visual inspection and verification
  • Power cycling or simple rebooting of equipment
  • Power feed status verification (LEDs, breaker position, PDU state)
  • Auditing power usage (read‑only, provider tools, business hours)
  • Connecting console port for customer’s remote management
  • Rack & Stack – Equipment installation / removal
  • Inventory and labeling of equipment, cable, connections
  • Shipping & Receiving / Equipment RMA
  • Cabling – Installation of customer network cabling (patching only)
  • Support for routine scheduled network maintenance (physical assistance only)
  • Cross Connect installation, testing, verification (limited to physical layer, light check, cable move)

Smart Hands

Smart Hands services are performed by skilled data center technicians or engineers and may involve independent technical judgment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of customer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.

These are following are generally accepted smart hands tasks:

  1. Server & System Configuration
    • BIOS / UEFI configuration and firmware updates
    • Operating system installation, reinstallation, and recovery
    • Hypervisor installation and configuration (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM)
