Wowrack Medan Data Center is located within neuCentrIX's Medan Centrum facility in North Sumatra — part of Telkom Indonesia's neuCentrIX network of carrier-neutral data centers, certified to ISO 27001:2013 network-wide, and operating since 2010.

The facility is located in a moderate seismic hazard zone per Indonesian national building standards (SNI 1726). Backup power is delivered via N+1 UPS (Tier 3 standard) and N+1 diesel generator, with precision air cooling over a raised floor.

Customers connect via NCIX (the neuCentrIX Internet Exchange), with multiple carrier-neutral cross-connect options. Note: remote hands support is not currently available at this location, and several facility details are still pending confirmation from the local team (flagged below).
